Bob Tranchant is the driving force behind The American Foundation for Life Challenges and Cures, a mission inspired by his late father, a Navy veteran and passionate pineapple grower. Watching his father grow and sell pineapple plants at the local market, Bob saw firsthand the power of dedication, hard work, and generosity. His father often spoke about his desire to help disabled veterans, and after his passing in 2024 at the age of 101, Bob knew he had to continue that vision.
As an Army veteran himself, Bob understands the challenges that many veterans face. Through this foundation, he has created a way to honor his father’s legacy while giving back to fellow servicemen and women. From mortgage assistance to free boating and fishing trips, Bob is committed to making a real difference in the lives of disabled veterans.
